I’m A Certified Health Coach!

Yes, it is true, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition on March 1st!  So now I am certified, and I will call myself a Certified Holistic Health Coach.  I have been working with clients for a few months now, and it is so rewarding to see the changes that they are making.  I have been wondering for years what I can do with my life that fulfills me, and I believe that I have found it.

I look forward to the day when this will be my full time career, but in the meantime I am working on my coaching skills, developing some group coaching strategies, creating a few teleseminars and webinars, and just having fun with it.
