Hi, I’m back!  I’ve been wanting to start the blog up again, but I needed to really think about what direction I want it to take.  I enjoyed writing in my blog, but I think it got to be too much about what I was eating for every meal.  I do like to read other people’s blogs that describe their meals, but I wasn’t enjoying writing about it.

I also was having difficulty finding the time, not to write, but to read other people’s blogs and comment on them.  I know that commenting is part of the social network of blogging, and I will have to find a way to comment without it taking up my whole day.

Another thing that bothered me was having a photo studio in my kitchen.  I do love to take photographs, but I also like my kitchen to look like a kitchen, so in the future photos might not be too spectacular as I don’t plan to set up a lightbox, colored placemats, etc.

My life has seen a lot of changes since I last wrote in August, and I plan to write about those in the coming days.  I am continuing to make changes, I am learning and trying new things, and trying to become as healthy and fit as I can.  I am still passionate about nutrition, fitness, and wellness as a whole, so the blog will focus on those topics, but of course I want to write about fun things I do, things that are on my mind, and even difficulties I may be having.

So stay tuned…..
